Regular power washing is best to remove general dirt and spot
conditions. A soft bristle brush and mild detergent can also be
used. Stains that are difficult to remove may be treated in accordance

Hazards
Heat in excess of 200 degrees F. may cause permanent
deformation of vinyl. Common hazards are; gas grills and cigarette burns
on decks, leaf or trash fires near fences. The vinyl material will not
support combustion but can be burnt and rendered unusable.
